FR Metal Seated ball valves ( "M" type) are manufactured by means of the last hardfacing technology : HVOF (High velocity Oxxigen Fuel) which guarantee the best perfromances in term of hardness and the lowest torque figure after proper lapping process carried out with inside special designed equipments.

These kind of high performances valves are recently more and more required due the servere services the ball valves are requested to face. For this reason FR R&D department spent an high effort to achieve the highest level of design and best performances metal to metal ball valves trim arrangement.

Metal seated valves can be provided with "zero leakage" rate that is assured by an accurate high technology process that allow the perfect tightness of FR mateal seated valves.
